1. Delivery Method NEON AI SHOP specializes in digital goods and services. No physical products are shipped. All purchases (licenses, API keys, software access) are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Time
- Instant Access: Digital products are typically delivered immediately or within minutes after payment confirmation.
- Verification: In rare cases, manual verification of the transaction may take up to 24 hours.
3. Immediate Performance & Right of Withdrawal By purchasing our digital content, you explicitly agree that NEON AI SHOP starts the performance of the contract immediately.
Important: You acknowledge that once the digital content is delivered or the access key is generated, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Due to the nature of digital software and M2M licenses, all sales are final once the digital delivery has commenced.
4. Technical Requirements It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they meet the technical requirements for the software or service before completing the purchase.
