Terms of Service — NEON AI SHOP | Proof of Silence™

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from NEON AI SHOP (neonai.shop), operated by Jerzy Skiba, 4 Corkagh Grange Crescent, Clondalkin, D22 K2K3, Dublin, Ireland (VAT: IE3347697KH), you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. Digital Products & Licenses All products are digital goods: software licenses, API keys, access tokens, and AI governance frameworks sold under the Proof of Silence™ standard. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
3. Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Transactions Where purchases are initiated by automated systems or AI agents acting on behalf of a legal entity:
- The legal entity authorizing the agent bears full contractual responsibility.
- Automated purchases are binding upon payment confirmation.
- NEON AI SHOP bears no liability for actions taken by third-party AI systems using our licenses beyond the scope defined in the license documentation.
4. License Grant Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product under the terms specified in the product documentation. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Right of Withdrawal As per the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon delivery of digital content, having given explicit prior consent to immediate performance.
6. Limitation of Liability NEON AI SHOP's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our digital products or M2M integrations.
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
