1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from neonai.shop, operated by Jerzy Skiba, 4 Corkagh Grange Crescent, Clondalkin, D22 K2K3, Dublin, Ireland, you agree to these Terms, subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights.

2. Digital products

The store sells digital products, downloadable files, software tools, licences and AI-governance materials. No physical products are shipped.

3. Proof-of-Silence™ claims and limitations

Proof-of-Silence™ is a cryptographic accountability layer for AI decisions.

It is not an EU certification, legal opinion, regulatory approval, guarantee of regulatory compliance, guarantee of AI correctness or guarantee that external-world evidence is true.

Cryptographic integrity and verification results must be interpreted within the documented trust model and limitations of the relevant release.

4. Licences

Digital products are licensed according to the licence supplied with the relevant product. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or commercial embedding is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by that licence. 5. Cancellation and remedies

For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the statutory right to cancel may be lost after supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements have been met, including the customer’s prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost.

6. Statutory rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller’s (Jerzy Skiba’s) liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and excludes indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of digital products. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections available under applicable consumer law in their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right a consumer has under applicable law to bring proceedings before another competent court. Subject to those rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
