My name is Jerzy Skiba. I built NEON AI SHOP because I kept asking a question nobody in the AI industry wanted to answer:
“How do we know when an AI system chose to stay silent?”
Every AI tool I encountered was optimised for output. More answers. Faster responses. Higher throughput. Nobody was building infrastructure for restraint — for the moment when an autonomous system should pause, wait, or refuse.
So I built it myself. From Ireland. Without a team, without funding, without permission.
What is Proof of Silence™?
Proof of Silence™ is a governance standard for autonomous AI systems. It answers a simple but critical question: can a system prove it did not act?
Traditional AI audit logs record what a system did. Proof of Silence™ records what it chose not to do — and makes that silence cryptographically verifiable.
This matters for AI Act compliance (Articles 13, 14, 29, 72). It matters for enterprise risk. It matters for anyone building systems that operate without constant human supervision.
