Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, the trader will provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution entity where required by applicable Irish consumer law.

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission maintains information about authorised alternative dispute resolution bodies in Ireland.
